Processing Time

Our current processing time is 1-5 business days, once your order has been processed.

*Please note that shipping delays are still occurring due to Covid-19 and can be very delayed.**

All orders are shipped out through USPS. Sticker-only mail is shipped out UNTRACKED, to help reduce shipping costs. If you would like to upgrade to Tracked Shipping, you may upgrade for an additional cost at checkout.

Disclaimer: TwoTinyTokki does not have any control over delays that maybe caused during shipping and cannot be held responsible for any mail losses, bending or damage, and/or other issues that may occur during transit. Please note that each order is carefully packaged to try and ensure that each item arrives as safely as possible. CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes(including VAT) that may apply. TwoTinyTokki is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Delayed Items

Once orders are shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We recommend contacting your local post office for further assistance. We are not responsible and have no control over lost packages and/or delayed shipments. Please note that lost/damaged packages with UNTRACKED shipping may not be replaced or refunded.
