Processing Time
Our current processing time is 2-5 business days, once your order has been processed.

SHIPPING:
All Domestic orders (US) Shipped :
•Orders including only stickers or art prints are shipped out in a sturdy Kraft envelope or rigid flat mailer via USPS First-Class Mail and do NOT come with tracking.
• Orders including non-flat items, are shipped in a padded bubble mailer via USPS First-Class Package WITH a tracking number.
•[UPGRADE SHIPPING OPTION] Shipped USPS First Class Package WITH Tracking. Please note that due to high a high amount of lost packages and higher order volume, any order that does not have tracked shipping will not be replaced if lost/stolen. We do not have any control over shipping issues, once it is shipped out. If your order shows as being "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please note that we cannot do anything further and have no control- please reach out to your local post office for assistance.

⭐Canada/International Orders:

**I have been slowly adding different countries for both International untracked and tracked shipping with the help from you guys! If you don't see your country listed, please contact me and I can go ahead and try my best to add it for you! :)**

Shipped USPS First Class Mail with NO Tracking number. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks or MORE. To keep costs down, unfortunately I do not provide tracking numbers for orders outside of the US.

Currently I am unable to ship packages to certain countries due to shipping restrictions. Please Click here for a list.

What if you don't ship to where I live?

 International shipping can be expensive. I am one person running a small business shop and still trying to figure out the best and more affordable way to ship to more places. I would hate to not offer the most affordable option. I am still learning, however would be more than happy to include your country! With your assistance, figuring out the shipping details, I would love to include your country! Please message me if you are interested!

Lost or Stolen

Once orders are shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We recommend contacting your local post office for further assistance. We are not responsible and have no control over lost packages and/or delayed shipments. 

Returns & Exchanges

I do not offer any returns or exchanges, so please be mindful when ordering :) If you have a concern with your order, please contact me at email twotinytokki@gmail.com. I will not accept cancellations after your order has already shipped and must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

What If I put the wrong address for my order? 

If you put the wrong address for your shipping information, please email me ASAP and I will do my best to correct your error, so long as it has not already shipped out. If your order has already been mailed out, unfortunately I cannot do anything and am unable to take responsibility for any errors of an incorrect address. However, If/when the package is returned to us, you will be offered the option to have the package re-shipped with the correct address, at an additional shipping cost.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes(including VAT) that may apply. I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes or delays due to customs.
